NEWAGENOTEBOOK.COM TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

By submitting your article(s) to us;

1. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.
   
   
2. Your submission to NewAgeNotebook.com gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article on the website.
   
   
3. Articles may not be copied under any circumstance unless done so with the full consent of the author or rightful owner.
   
   
4. You acknowledge that the protection of your copyrights is at your risk and cost and not ours. If someone violates your copyrights -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.
   
   
5. It is at the sole discretion of NewAgeNotebook.com whether your article will be published and for how long. NewAgeNotebook.com does not guarantee your article will be published.
   
   
   • We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and your author account at any time if we determine you violate any of the terms included in this Agreement; including but not limited to the following, (1) any content, goods, services, or links displayed on or made available through or in connection with author's article(s) are illegal, obscene, indecent, vulgar, offensive, dangerous, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by NewAgeNotebook.com in its sole discretion; or that author's web content violates, has violated, or threatens to violate either the letter of these terms and conditions or the spirit behind them.
     
     
6. NewAgeNotebook.com reserves the right to reclassify your article(s) if we deem it more appropriate in another category.
   
   
7. NewAgeNotebook.com does not accept articles that have their focus solely on advertising a specific business, website, person or product. If your article recommends a particular product, website, business or person that is beneficial to the reader or assists your articles point that is acceptable.
   
   
8. Under no circumstances shall NewAgeNotebook.com be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these terms and conditions resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, nonperformance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
   
   
9. NewAgeNotebook.com reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month.
   
   
10. NewAgeNotebook.com reserves the right to terminate the account of any affiliate who publicly posts derogatory and or slanderous statements about NewAgeNotebook.com and or Pearson Network, S.A. and their subsidiaries or officers.
    
    
11. By submitting an article or any other information you agree to allow NewAgeNotebook.com to place advertisements along with your article(s) or information, and you will not share in any advertising revenue that may be derived from such advertising.
    
    
12. Opinions expressed by NewAgeNotebook.com advertisers and authors do not necessarily represent the opinions of NewAgeNotebook.com.
    
    
13. The Terms of Service for NewAgeNotebook.com may be changed at any time, without notice.
